About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a full-time Rental Sales Agent to work at airport rental counters in Charleston, West Virginia. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will rent vehicles, process rental contracts, listen to customer needs, and recommend products and services that can improve customers’ travel experiences. You will use a consultative approach to sales while providing professional, friendly service that builds trust and customer loyalty. The position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Compensation is $14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission. Average full-time earnings are stated as $46,120 per year; a shift premium may apply. The role includes on-the-job sales training and employee discounts.

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
• Comfort recommending products and services based on customer needs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.

• Six months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
