About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a full-time Rental Sales Agent for its airport rental counters. In a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, the agent rents vehicles, processes rental contracts, listens to customer needs, and recommends products and services that can improve customers’ travel experiences. The position uses a consultative approach to upselling and provides professional, friendly service intended to build trust and customer loyalty. The role requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Professional, engaging, customer-focused personality.
• Comfort recommending products and services based on customer needs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
