About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a full-time Rental Sales Agent to work at airport rental counters in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The agent rents vehicles, processes rental contracts, listens to customer needs, and recommends relevant products and services using a consultative sales approach. The role combines professional, friendly customer service with opportunities to earn commission by enhancing customers’ travel experiences.

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
• Comfort recommending products and services based on customer needs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
