About The Position
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian-speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to support Italian-speaking clients with vehicle rental inquiries, reservations, and modifications. The consultant will represent a leading global travel brand and help provide a high-quality rental experience for customers traveling across Europe. The role is onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria, and is suited to a service-oriented professional interested in the travel and mobility sector. The consultant will manage bookings, vehicle availability, and rental terms; resolve travel logistics issues; collaborate with international teams; and provide professional support by phone, email, and chat. Requirements
- Native or fluent spoken and written Italian.
- Professional command of English for internal communication and documentation.
