About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a German Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to join its team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role provides customer support to German-speaking travelers with vehicle rental needs, including reservations, rental logistics, and related services. The consultant will maintain accurate records, coordinate with international offices, and help ensure the rental experience meets travel partners’ brand standards.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German, spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills suited to a service-oriented environment.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to use multi-platform reservation systems.
• Valid EU passport.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking travelers regarding vehicle rental requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of rental agreements and client interactions in the company database.
• Promote additional travel services and vehicle upgrades.
• Collaborate with international offices to coordinate vehicle availability and logistics.
