Requirements

Responsibilities

• Advise French-speaking customers about vehicle reservations and rental logistics.
• Handle incoming inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
• Coordinate rental agreements, insurance coverage, and vehicle modifications.
• Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of rental transactions in specialized industry software.
• Collaborate with international teams to support standardized service delivery for travel partners.
• Promote additional travel services and rental upgrades.
