About The Position
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Partner Technical Solutions Consultant to provide technical support and solution consultancy to partners in the consumer electronics sector. The role is based in Bulgaria and focuses on consumer-electronics hardware and integrated software ecosystems. The consultant serves as the primary technical contact for French-speaking partners, helps optimize product performance and deployment, and works with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and hardware escalations. The position also involves documenting incidents and solutions, analyzing technical trends, and delivering partner training and product demonstrations as required.
Requirements
- Native or fluent French, spoken and written.
- Valid EU passport.
- Technical background or professional experience within the consumer electronics industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely.
- Passion for emerging technology and consumer electronics innovations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for French-speaking partners in the consumer electronics industry.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving consumer electronics hardware and integrated software ecosystems.
- Provide proactive solution consultancy to optimize the performance and deployment of consumer electronics products.
- Maintain documentation of technical incidents and solution strategies for partner reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware escalations and support partner satisfaction.
