About The Position

Cape Air is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Remote Storeroom Coordinator to support its aircraft maintenance operation. The role helps ensure aircraft parts are available in the right place at the right time, contributing to the safe and reliable performance of the fleet. The coordinator works in a fast-paced aviation environment and supports aircraft availability and operational success.

The position manages inventory and storeroom activities, including receiving, shipping, storing, tracking, and replenishing aircraft parts, materials, and tooling. It also supports maintenance operations, coordinates tooling repair and calibration, and helps maintain compliance with company procedures and hazardous materials requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer and inventory management skills.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine physical activities associated with warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Receive, ship, store, and track aircraft parts, materials, and tooling.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with purchasing and materials teams.
• Support maintenance operations by ensuring material availability.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain an organized, secure, and audit-ready storeroom.
• Coordinate tooling repair and calibration activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and hazardous materials requirements.
