About The Position

The Storeroom Clerk processes daily liquor requisitions and generates reorder lists to maintain established par levels and support uninterrupted service operations. The role includes managing orders and vendor interactions, checking incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications, and purchase records to verify item type, quantity, price, and quality, and rotating perishable items in storerooms. The clerk also handles deliveries to hotel departments, records inbound guest and event shipments, follows Four Seasons Purchasing department standards, and contributes to monthly hotel inventory processes.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of computers.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluency in English.
• Current work authorization in the United States.

• Prior experience in procurement or a warehouse setting is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process daily liquor requisitions and generate reorder lists to maintain established par levels.
• Handle deliveries of goods to the appropriate hotel departments, including loading and unloading carts and placing goods in appropriate storerooms.
• Receive incoming goods against purchase orders and verify them against delivery invoices, food specifications, and purchase records for type, amount, price, and quality.
• Rotate perishable goods in storerooms.
• Log inbound guest and event shipments into the tracking system.
• Meet Four Seasons Purchasing department standards with the utmost accuracy.
• Maintain direct contact with outside vendors and hotel departments.
• Contribute to monthly hotel inventory processes.
