About The Position

MDS Communications is hiring a remote call center representative to conduct telephone fundraising and donor communications for nonprofit organizations and faith-based ministries. After in-depth training, the employee is assigned to one of four teams that call on behalf of a group of MDS clients. During an eight-hour workday, the agent calls for 4–8 clients using predictive dialing equipment, typically handling about 16–24 completed calls per hour with approximately 20–30 seconds between calls. The agent follows client-approved scripts, engages donors and prospective donors, secures financial gifts, and meets minimum fundraising and productivity metrics. The position is remote in Missouri and pays $16.00–$17.50 per hour, depending on schedule, for 40-hour shifts. Requirements

• At least one year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, or a strong general employment record demonstrating long-term stability.
• A dedicated wired internet connection.
• A quiet home workspace free from normal household interruptions.

Responsibilities
