About The Position

MDS Communications is hiring Communication Specialists to conduct outbound telephone fundraising and donor communications on behalf of nonprofit and charitable clients. Employees receive in-depth training and are assigned to one of four MDS teams, each serving a set of clients. During an eight-hour workday, representatives call for four to eight clients using predictive dialing equipment, typically completing about 16–24 calls per hour with approximately 20–30 seconds between calls. They communicate with donors and prospective donors using client-approved scripts, seek financial gifts, and maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics. The role is remote in Arkansas and requires a dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet home workspace. Requirements

• At least one year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, or a strong general employment record demonstrating long-term stability.
• A dedicated wired internet connection.
• A quiet home workspace free from normal household interruptions.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner using client-approved scripts.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of MDS clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
• Call on behalf of four to eight clients during an eight-hour workday using predictive dialing equipment.
