Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam
Professional home office environment
Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)

Responsibilities

Welcome and onboard new members through the enrollment process
Conduct virtual consultations using Zoom and phone appointments
Deliver personalized guidance based on each client's unique goals and needs
Present available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
Respond promptly to client questions while providing exceptional customer service
Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
Organize appointments and maintain accurate digital records
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
