About The Position

The Senior Vice President, Advisor Engagement, Relationship Executive & Strategic Solutions is responsible for leading Osaic's advisor engagement strategy and driving outcomes related to advisor growth, productivity, retention, satisfaction, and enterprise value creation. This executive leader serves as a strategic partner to financial professionals, helping advisors strengthen and grow their businesses through consultative engagement, business planning, succession readiness, practice optimization, and adoption of enterprise solutions. Leveraging advisor feedback, industry insights, and business intelligence, the leader develops and executes strategies that elevate the advisor experience and position Osaic as an indispensable business partner. The role leads Relationship Leaders and advisor engagement professionals responsible for delivering both one-to-one and scalable one-to-many engagement models, ensuring advisors receive the guidance, resources, and solutions needed to achieve their business objectives. This leader collaborates closely across the enterprise to align priorities, accelerate advisor success, and drive measurable growth outcomes for both advisors and Osaic.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
  • Minimum 15 years of wealth management industry experience with broad functional knowledge across advisor-facing disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated success leading advisor relationships and driving measurable business results.
  • Minimum 7 years leading large advisor engagement, relationship management, practice management, consulting, or business development organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence advisor growth, retention, business outcomes, and strategic solution adoption.
  • Experience developing and leading high-performing advisor-facing teams.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, coaching, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, change management, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills, including experience utilizing advisor and business performance data to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for Advisor Engagement, aligning resources and capabilities to enterprise growth objectives.
  • Lead initiatives that improve advisor productivity, business growth, retention, and overall advisor satisfaction.
  • Establish engagement strategies that position Relationship Leaders as trusted business consultants and strategic advisors to financial professionals.
  • Champion a culture focused on advisor outcomes, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Manage divisional performance, financial results, and strategic investments that drive sustainable growth and advisor value.
  • Lead and develop high-performing Advisor Engagement teams, creating a consistent engagement framework and coaching model across the organization.
  • Drive the evolution of Relationship Leaders from relationship managers to business consultants capable of influencing advisor business outcomes.
  • Establish standards, best practices, and success metrics that improve engagement quality and advisor impact.
  • Foster continuous learning and professional development focused on business consulting, advisor growth, practice management, and strategic influence.
  • Partner with advisors to identify opportunities related to practice growth, profitability, operational efficiency, client acquisition, business continuity, and succession planning.
  • Drive utilization of Osaic's business solutions, consulting services, platforms, and strategic resources through consultative advisor engagement.
  • Identify advisor needs and collaborate across the enterprise to develop innovative solutions that address evolving business challenges.
  • Support advisors through business transformation initiatives and organizational change management.
  • Lead programs that gather, analyze, and operationalize advisor feedback to continuously improve the advisor experience.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Serve as a key advocate for advisors by influencing enterprise priorities, investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner across the organization to remove barriers and improve ease of doing business for financial professionals.
  • Drive growth outcomes through consultative engagement, strategic solution adoption, asset retention, and advisor business development initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to advisor growth, satisfaction, retention, productivity, and engagement effectiveness.
  • Utilize data, analytics, and market intelligence to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging advisor needs.
  • Ensure accountability for achieving business objectives and advisor outcomes across the Advisor Engagement organization.
  • Lead advisor councils, communities, and networking forums that foster peer learning, collaboration, and advisor influence on firm strategy.
  • Build strong partnerships across Consulting, Marketing, Product, Operations, Technology, Business Development, and Wealth Management functions.
  • Sponsor advisor-facing events, conferences, leadership councils, and growth-focused programs that strengthen advisor engagement and advocacy.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, advisor business models, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
