Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and support to prospective and existing clients
Conduct virtual appointments using Zoom and other communication platforms
Answer questions and educate clients on available benefit options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
Build lasting client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional service
