Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing client support
Educate individuals and families about available benefit and coverage options
Answer client questions and guide them through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Build lasting client relationships through professionalism, integrity, and service
