About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated Remote Insurance Specialists to help protect families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions. In this fully remote role, you will conduct scheduled Zoom and phone appointments with qualified members, educate them on benefit options, and assist them in making informed decisions. No prior insurance experience is necessary, as comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and mentorship are provided. This role offers schedule flexibility, weekly pay, performance bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, insurance, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call center, client services, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with members using Zoom and phone.
Connect with qualified members through our provided lead system.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client experience.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
Assess each client's needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
Provide ongoing policy support and claims assistance.
Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
