About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Insurance Representatives to educate and assist veterans, labor union members, credit union members, associations, and their families with life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. Requirements

Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
Passionate about helping others through exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated, dependable, and highly organized.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Proficient with computers, Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms.
Eligible to obtain any required state insurance license.
Applicants must be physically located in and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, insurance, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, business development, client services, call centers, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone appointments.
Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
Evaluate client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Guide members through the enrollment process.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance requirements.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
