Responsibilities

Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone appointments.
Present personalized life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate benefit options.
Guide members through the enrollment process.
Manage existing policies through reviews, beneficiary updates, and policy changes.
Respond professionally to client questions and provide ongoing support.
Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.
Participate in weekly coaching, training, and leadership development.
