Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products.
• Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on each client's needs.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Review existing policies and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
• Respond to client questions with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance standards.
• Participate in weekly coaching, leadership development, and professional training.
