About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking motivated Remote Insurance Specialists who are passionate about helping people, building long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. In this fully remote role, you'll work with qualified members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, providing personalized insurance solutions while helping families make informed financial decisions. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you succeed.
Requirements

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.
- Ability to obtain any required state insurance license.
- Applicants must be physically located in and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in insurance, customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
- Connect with qualified members from our provided lead system.
- Understand each client's needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
- Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
- Provide ongoing customer service and claims support.
- Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance standards.
- Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
