About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. In this fully remote role, you'll meet with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, educate them on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options, and provide outstanding customer service while building long-term relationships. For more than 70 years, AO has proudly served union members, credit union members, associations, veterans, and their families by providing trusted insurance solutions and personalized support. This role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to help working families protect what matters most. Clients request information, so there is no cold calling. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided, with leadership opportunities based on performance.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on each client's needs.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Service existing client accounts and review coverage as needs change.
Answer client questions and provide exceptional ongoing support.
Build long-term relationships through trust, professionalism, and integrity.
Participate in weekly coaching, leadership development, and professional training.
