We're growing and looking for motivated, service-driven professionals to join our team as Remote Client Representatives. In this fully remote role, you'll meet virtually with clients through Zoom, answer questions, explain benefit options, and help families make informed decisions that protect their future. Requirements
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and virtual meeting platforms.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Professional, dependable, and coachable.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience is welcomed but not required.
- No previous insurance experience is necessary. We provide the training, mentorship, and licensing guidance needed to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual client meetings using Zoom.
- Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
