About The Position

AO, a proud member of the Globe Life family, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Benefits Representatives. In this fully remote role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, answer questions, explain benefit options, and deliver exceptional customer service while helping working families protect what matters most. For more than 70 years, AO has provided life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits to union members, credit union members, associations, and their families throughout North America.

Comfortable using Zoom and virtual technology.
Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.

Comprehensive Training & Mentorship Provided
Leadership experience is a plus but not required.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administrative support, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Provide exceptional customer service and client support.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
Conduct virtual benefit review appointments.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Answer client questions and provide ongoing support.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Participate in weekly coaching, leadership development, and ongoing virtual training.
