About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated Remote Benefits Representatives to join their team. This fully remote role involves connecting with qualified members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to educate them on available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. The company focuses on protecting working families, veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and their loved ones. No previous insurance experience is required, as comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and leadership development are provided.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, client success, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call center, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with members using Zoom and phone.
• Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the client experience.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
• Assess each client's needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Guide members through the enrollment process.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
• Provide ongoing client support and claims assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance guidelines.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
