About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Benefits Representatives to help veterans, labor union members, credit union members, associations, and their families understand and enroll in life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. Requirements

• Eligible to obtain any required state insurance license.
• Proficient with computers, Zoom, and virtual communication tools.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and passionate about helping others.
• Applicants must be physically located in and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call centers, client services, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with members using Zoom and phone appointments.
• Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
• Assess client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Guide members through the enrollment process.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support.
• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance guidelines.
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, mentorship, and leadership development.
