AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Entry-Level Benefits Representatives to help working families, veterans, labor union members, and their loved ones understand and enroll in life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. Requirements

• No previous insurance experience required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.
• Ability to obtain any required state insurance license.
• Applicants must be physically located in and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call center, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
• Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
• Recommend personalized benefit solutions based on each client's needs.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
• Provide exceptional ongoing customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance standards.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
