About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated Remote Benefits Representatives to join their team. This fully remote role involves connecting with members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, educating them on available benefit options, and helping families make informed decisions to protect their financial future. The company has served veterans, labor union members, credit union members, associations, and their families for over 70 years by providing life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions. No prior insurance experience is required, and comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and mentorship will be provided. This is an entry-level friendly position with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, client success, insurance, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call center, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
• Connect with qualified members from our provided lead system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client experience.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
• Assess each client's needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
• Provide ongoing client support and answer benefit-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and leadership development.
