About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Benefits Representatives to educate and assist veterans, labor union members, credit union members, associations, and their families with life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. Whether you're entering the workforce, changing careers, or bringing experience from customer service, retail, healthcare, hospitality, banking, education, military, or sales, we'll provide the training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and support you need to build a rewarding long-term career.
Requirements
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about helping people.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient with computers, Zoom, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
- Eligible to obtain any required state insurance license.
- Applicants must be physically located in and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call centers, client success, insurance, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
Responsibilities
- Meet with members virtually using Zoom and phone appointments.
- Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
- Assess individual needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions.
- Guide members through the enrollment process.
- Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
- Provide ongoing customer service and policy support.
- Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance standards.
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, mentorship, and leadership development.
