- Meet with clients virtually using Zoom.
- Build lasting client relationships through outstanding customer service.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
- Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
