In this fully remote role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships. Whether you're starting a new career or bringing experience from customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, education, banking, administration, or sales, we'll provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional client support.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Build lasting relationships through trust and personalized service.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and follow-up records.
- Collaborate with a supportive remote team.
- Participate in weekly coaching, leadership development, and ongoing training.
