About The Position

AO South is hiring Remote Client Representatives to work with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, providing outstanding customer service while helping families understand their life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. Whether you're beginning a new career or looking for a fresh opportunity, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed. This is a 100% remote position with no cold calling, as qualified clients request information. Full training and mentorship are provided, with leadership opportunities based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
• Welcome new clients and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
• Recommend personalized solutions based on each client's needs.
• Answer client questions and provide exceptional ongoing support.
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance guidelines.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
