About The Position
For more than 70 years, AO, a proud member of the Globe Life family, has helped protect working families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits to union members, credit union members, associations, and their families. We're seeking motivated Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Benefits Representatives to build long-term client relationships through scheduled Zoom appointments. In this fully remote role, you'll answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide outstanding customer service—all from the comfort of your home. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you succeed.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Zoom and virtual communication tools.
- Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or management experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administrative support, or sales is welcomed but not required.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional client support.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Build long-term client relationships through trust and personalized service.
- Maintain accurate client documentation.
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and professional development.
