About The Position
AO Globe Life / American Income Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity supporting individuals and families across the United States. The role is suited to people interested in a people-centered, service-first career, including recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, inbound client leads, and ongoing professional development are provided. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. The role involves meeting clients virtually over Zoom, discussing personalized supplemental benefit options, supporting enrollment, and building long-term client relationships. It also includes maintaining organized digital records and follow-up communications. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities; required pre-licensing coursework, exams, and state licensing requirements are completed at the candidate’s expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be comfortable with virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools.
- Have a genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company.
- Provide a reliable high-speed internet connection, a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam, and a professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Be coachable and comfortable working in a performance-based career.

- No prior insurance experience is required.
