About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, mission-driven role supporting individuals and families across the United States. The opportunity is intended for recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications, as well as people interested in a people-centered, service-first career. The company provides hands-on training, inbound client leads, structured mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. Client consultations are conducted virtually using Zoom.

This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; it is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates must provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age.
• Have a self-starter mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Be confident with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
• Be able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
• Have strong communication and people skills.
• Have a service-minded, mission-driven attitude.
• Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
• Be self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
• No prior insurance experience is required.

• Customer service or consultative experience is preferred but not required.
• Recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications may be a good fit.
