About The Position

AO, a proud member of the Globe Life family, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Client Benefits Representatives / Customer Service Representatives. In this fully remote role, you'll meet with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, answer questions, explain benefit options, and help working families make informed decisions about protecting their financial future. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support from day one.

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
Provide exceptional customer service and client support.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
Conduct virtual benefit review appointments.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
Build long-term relationships through trust, communication, and personalized service.
Participate in weekly coaching, professional development, and leadership training.
