About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated Remote Client Success Specialists to provide exceptional customer service while helping veterans, labor union members, credit union members, associations, and their families understand and enroll in valuable life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. Whether you're beginning a new career or bringing experience from customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, banking, education, or sales, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed.

Requirements

• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and passionate about helping others.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
• Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with computers, Zoom, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
• Eligible to obtain any required state insurance license.
• Applicants must be physically located in and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, client success, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, insurance, call centers, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone appointments.
• Welcome new members and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
• Assess client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Answer questions and provide ongoing customer support.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
• Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance requirements.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
