Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
• Guide new clients through the enrollment process.
• Answer questions and provide outstanding customer service.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
• Develop personalized solutions based on each client's needs.
• Build lasting client relationships through trust and exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
