About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Client Success Specialists to provide exceptional customer service while helping veterans, labor union members, credit union members, associations, and their families understand their life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. Whether you're beginning a new career or bringing experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military service, administration, or sales, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and ongoing support you need to succeed. As a Remote Client Success Specialist, you'll build lasting relationships while delivering outstanding service throughout the client experience.

Responsibilities

Meet with members virtually through Zoom and phone appointments.
Welcome and onboard new clients with professionalism and care.
Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
Evaluate client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Guide members through the enrollment process.
Respond promptly to client questions and provide ongoing support.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance guidelines.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
