About The Position
Globe Life AO is hiring Remote Client Success Specialists to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote role where you will work with current and prospective clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments. You will provide exceptional customer service while helping working families understand their life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. The company provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and support for those beginning a new career or bringing experience from customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, banking, administration, or sales.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
- Guide new clients through the enrollment process.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
- Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on each client's needs.
- Answer client questions and provide exceptional ongoing support.
- Conduct policy reviews and assist clients with updates as their needs change.
- Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and outstanding service.
- Maintain accurate client documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.
- Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
