About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring Member Benefits Consultants to work remotely with individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members. The role provides education and support around life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions. The company provides tools, warm leads, training, and coaching; the consultant brings communication skills, initiative, and commitment to helping clients. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to listen carefully and solve problems.
- Comfort navigating computer tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
