About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring an entry-level Remote Agent for a remote, independent-contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. The role serves clients interested in supplemental benefits, meeting with them virtually to discuss their needs and support them through enrollment. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.

The opportunity is suited to self-motivated, coachable people who are comfortable working independently and are interested in a performance-based career with professional growth and advancement. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Candidates must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a Windows laptop or PC with webcam; candidates provide their own equipment and professional remote workspace.
• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude.
• Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable, and complete required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at the candidate’s expense.
• Customer service or consultative experience is preferred but not required.
• No prior insurance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent, client-centered service.

• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs.

• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
