About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Agent for an independent-contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. The role supports individuals and families as they consider personalized supplemental benefit options, with client consultations and enrollment handled virtually. It is suited to self-motivated, service-minded candidates, including recent or soon-to-be graduates; prior insurance experience is not required. Agents use inbound client interest rather than cold calling, and receive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state. This is a 100% remote, commission-based, performance-driven role; it is not hourly or salaried. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Provide a computer or laptop with a webcam and a professional remote workspace; the posting specifies a Windows-based laptop or PC.
- Have strong communication and people skills and be comfortable using virtual tools and video meetings.
- Be capable of obtaining the required state license, including completing applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at the candidate’s expense.
