Requirements

  • Currently live in Florida or planning to relocate. Southeast Florida residents are preferable.
  • Talent for developing strong, open, and trusting relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Enjoy becoming an expert in your clients’ business, organizational structure, key decision-makers, customer base, and important third-party relationships.
  • Thoughtful and proactive in identifying potential client issues and needs before they become bigger problems.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently, and can translate client concerns, needs, and feedback into timely, actionable information for internal teams.
  • Comfortable serving as a trusted escalation point and building relationships strong enough that clients feel confident bringing concerns to you directly.
  • Motivated to develop a deep understanding of product lines, infrastructure, support structure, development and release cycles, pricing, and fee arrangements so you can advise clients effectively.
  • Value in-person connections and are comfortable nurturing client relationships through visits and annual events when needed.
  • Curious about the broader market and interested in understanding competitors, their offerings, and how we can continue to serve clients well.
  • Expect approximately 50% travel for on-site client visitings, meetings, conferences, and internal events.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships, earn trust quickly, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Learn the ins and outs of a client’s business, anticipate their needs, and help internal teams stay aligned on what matters most to them.
