About The Position

Drawbridge is seeking a Relationship Manager to own a large, high-volume book of alternative investment firm clients, including hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices. The role focuses on building executive-level relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to clients as cybersecurity intersects with capital raising, regulatory scrutiny, and operational risk. Success is measured by Net Revenue Retention (NRR), supported by ensuring clients understand the value and outcomes they receive and can justify their investment to internal stakeholders. The Relationship Manager proactively manages account health, leads client interactions with business outcomes, identifies expansion opportunities, and owns the commercial side of renewals. The role partners with Client Success, technical colleagues, and sales while contributing account insights and market intelligence to the wider team. It also involves regular in-person client visits and use of internal AI tools to manage a large client book effectively. The position is hybrid in New York or Boston, with regular client travel. Drawbridge offers competitive base and performance compensation tied to NRR and describes the client base as underserved, with a proven relationship-management playbook and a strong, senior team.
