About The Position

Wintrust is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker in Bloomingdale, Illinois. In this dual-role position, you will build and retain meaningful customer relationships, identify customers’ financial needs, and recommend suitable products and services. You will contribute to branch operations by serving customers at the teller drawer in the lobby or drive-up, opening and maintaining accounts, helping customers use digital products, and recognizing potential fraud and other risks. Depending on the shift, you may also open or close the bank. The role includes collaborating with business partners such as Mortgage and Wealth Management and supporting community and bank events.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
High school degree or equivalent.
Intermediate computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Retail banking experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Build lasting customer relationships, discover financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
