About The Position

Wintrust is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker for its Beverly branch in Chicago, Illinois. In this dual-role position, the banker builds and retains meaningful customer relationships, identifies financial needs, and recommends relevant products and services. The role also supports branch operations through teller services, account opening and maintenance, assistance with digital products, risk awareness, and participation in community and bank events. Depending on the shift, the banker may be responsible for opening or closing the bank. Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
High school degree or equivalent.
Intermediate computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Build lasting customer relationships, discover customers’ financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
Collaborate with business partners, including Mortgage and Wealth Management, to connect customers with specialists for specific needs.
Operate a teller drawer and serve customers in the lobby or drive-up.
Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.
Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
Depending on the shift, help open or close the bank.
Support community and bank events.
