About The Position

Wintrust is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker for its Bloomingdale, Illinois location. In this dual-role position, the banker builds and retains meaningful customer relationships, uses financial knowledge to identify needs and recommend suitable products and services, and contributes to branch success. The role includes teller and account-service duties, helping customers use digital products, identifying fraud and other risks, and connecting customers with business partners for specialized needs. Depending on the shift, the banker may also open or close the bank and help support community and bank events.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
High school degree or equivalent.
Intermediate computer skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Retail banking experience.
Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

Build lasting customer relationships, discover customers’ financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
Collaborate with business partners, including Mortgage and Wealth Management, to connect customers with specialists.
Operate a teller drawer and serve customers in the lobby or drive-up.
Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.
Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
Depending on the shift, take responsibility for bank opening or closing.
Help support community and bank events.
