About The Position

Wintrust is hiring a full-time, bilingual Spanish Relationship Banker for its Hanover Park, Illinois location. The role builds and retains customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending tailored products and services. It combines relationship banking with teller responsibilities and contributes to branch operations and community events.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management partners to connect customers with specialists.
• Operate a teller drawer and serve customers in the lobby and drive-up.
• Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.
• Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
• Depending on the shift, assist with opening or closing the bank.
• Support community and bank events.
