About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Rehab Program Manager for an outpatient physical therapy assistant role serving residents at The Bentley in Dallas, Texas, and Park Residences in Plano. The position is based in assisted living and independent living communities and works with higher-functioning residents. The Program Manager provides patient treatment while gaining leadership experience and completing administrative tasks, including scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. The role offers the opportunity to develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff and to build leadership skills. New graduates are welcome.

Requirements

Current license, or ability to obtain a license, as a Therapist or Assistant in the state of practice.
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Nice To Haves

Current CPR certification is preferred.
New graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

Treat patients in an outpatient setting.
Complete administrative tasks, including scheduling.
Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
