About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to work as a Rehab Program Manager at Batavia Home Rehab in Batavia, Illinois. The position serves residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. Treatment takes place in residents’ rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic, so travel to homes outside the building is not required.

The role combines patient care with independent work, including helping market the clinic and managing scheduling. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends. Requirements

• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant, or ability to obtain a license in the state of practice.

• Previous outpatient experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
